Lipid composition changes in sensitive thyme plants under drought conditions. After water withholding, thyme leaves were harvested and non-polar extracts analyzed by direct infusion Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (DI FT-ICR) mass spectrometry. Vertical axis represents the fold change between the control and stressed plants.
