The effect of lomefloxacin on the viability of COLO829 melanoma cells. The cells were treated with various lomefloxacin concentrations (0.0001–1.0 mmol/L) for 24, 48, and 72 h and examined by the WST-1 (4-[3-(4-iodophenyl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-2H-5-tetrazolio]-1,3-benzene disulphonate) assay.
