Cancer cell growth is modulated by haspin kinase but not casein kinase 2. (a) CHR-6494, a haspin kinase inhibitor and (b) TBB, a casein kinase 2 inhibitor, were treated to the cells and HCT116 cell growth was estimated using Cell Titer96 Aqueous One Solution (Promega) as described in the Materials and Methods.
