Trypan Blue Exclusion Dye test. NIH-3T3 cells were cultured in 10% serum containing medium in the absence (control, CTR) or presence of PCL-free ZrO₂ and PCL/ZrO₂ hybrid materials with different percentages (6 wt %, 12 wt %, 24 wt %, 50 wt %) for 24 and 48 h.
