Fig. 3 — mRNA levels of Pdx1, NeuroD1, Ins1 and Ins2 gene in F2 offspring islets at the age of 12 weeks. The mRNA levels of both Pdx1 and NeuroD1 in pancreatic islets in the F2-HF were significantly lower than those in the F2-SC at the age of 12 weeks.
