Response Criteria⁷

Complete response (CR)	- resolution of all clinical symptoms - the absence of new clinical signs and symptoms - normalization of CSF - normalization of MRI findings (or minimal residual abnormalities on T2 or FLAIR)
Partial response (PR)	- Improvement but no complete resolution of all clinical symptoms - complete resolution of all clinical symptoms but with persistent radiological abnormalities (excluding minimal residual abnormalities on T2 or FLAIR) - normalization of CSF
Nonresponse (NR)	- Persistence or progression of neurological symptoms, radiological or CSF findings
Relapse	- Reappearance of new signs and symptoms attributed to BNS; - detection by cytological and/or MFC, and/or molecular techniques of BNS disease - progression or new findings attributed to BNS by MRI examination of brain and spine.
