(A to D) Trans-well assays ± Matrigel were performed using A375 cell transfected with pcDNA3.1-RGS4 and corresponding pcDNA3.1 vector, respectively. (E and F) The effect of RGS4 up-regulation on the expression of MMP2, MMP9 and E-cadherin was examined by Western blot. Error bars indicate ± SD. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01 by Student’s t-test. All the results were repeated thrice.
