(E and F) Migration and invasion assays were performed using M14 cell transfected with siRGS4 and corresponding si-NC, respectively. (G) The effect of RGS4 down-regulation on the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 was examined by Western blot. (H) The expressions of apoptotic-related proteins, Bcl-2, Bax, were detected in M14 cell using western blot. Error bars indicate ± SD. *p <0 .05; **p < 0.01 by Student’s t-test.
