Effect of an in vivo junctional adhesion molecule C (JAM-C) blockade on circulating intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1)+ neutrophils. Flow cytometry results showed the number of ICAM-1+ granulocyte receptor 1+ (Gr-1+) reverse-transmigrated neutrophils in the peripheral blood significantly increased in the JAM-C blocking antibody (Ab)-treated group, compared with that observed in the immunoglobulin G (IgG)-treated control group (n = 6 animals per group).
