CRALA silencing in chemoresistant breast cancer cells resensitizes cells to chemotherapy. (a) Cell proliferation of chemoresistant breast cancer cells was measured by cell counting after transfection with small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) for 24, 48, and 72 hours in the presence of 30 μm cisplatin or 50 nM paclitaxel. (b) CRALA siRNAs enhanced the inhibitory effects of chemotherapeutic drugs on chemoresistant cells and shifted the concentration response curves of chemotherapeutic drugs to the left of their negative control (NC).
