C: HDAC activity in PN/PH cells treated with ACY-1215 or DMSO for 16 h was measured using a HDAC chemiluminescent assay kit (no. 50076; BPS Bio Sciences). Fluorescence was measured at 360 nm excitation and 450 nm emission using a SpectraMax M3 microplate reader. Undiluted cell lysates were used in place of enzyme.
