Localization of AQP8 in 3T3–L1 cells. AQP8 in 3T3–L1 cells was double-immunostained with mitochondrial marker proteins, cytochrome c (A: Cyt C) and voltage-dependent anion channel (B: VDAC) and were observed by confocal fluorescence microscopy.
