Early treatment with CM352 improved neurological and functional recovery after ICH. Functional deficit was evaluated by means of the laterality index (A) and neurological deficit by the Bederson scale (B). Neurologic tests were performed in control (n=6) and CM352‐treated rats (n=6) at 1 day before surgery (baseline) and at 24 hours and 14 days afterward. C, CM352 reduced circulating interleukin‐6 levels, a marker of systemic inflammation, after ICH (n=6). Data are shown as median [interquartile range].
