The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction results showing the cytokine profiles in tamoxifen-induced reversible gastric metaplasia. The transcripts of interleukin (IL)-10, IL-12p40, IL-12p35, IL-1β, IL-5, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and interferon (IFN)-γ were analyzed in the stomach tissues of mice sacrificed before and after vehicle (3 days) or tamoxifen administration (3, 10, and 21 days). All experiments were independently repeated three times.
