Cell cycle duration (CCD) was determined by flow cytometry in ethanol fixed cells stained with propidium iodide (PI) at duplication time (DT) of HL60, THP1 and HEL cell lines (A). Cell death was evaluated by flow cytometry in annexin V and PI double stained cells: (B) flow cytometry plots, and (C) relative cell death quantification. Error bars represent standard deviation; statistical significance *p<0.1, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001. Results were obtained from 6 independent replicates, and representative histograms are presented.
