Experimental features | Subjects were scanned 80–100 minutes after injection of [18 F]-AV-1451. 4 × 5 min frames were reconstructed, realigned, summed and coregistered to an MRI. FreeSurfer, SUIT cerebellar template, and SPM12 segmentation was used to create regions of interest (ROIs) used to partial volume correct the data using the Rousset method. |
