Illustrated regulatory network of altered microRNAs and their targeted genes in pathophysiology of Parkinson's disease. Altered microRNAs from EOPD and LOPD studies are significantly involved in the regulating various molecules in pathophysiological of PD, particularly in mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, neuro-inflammation, and toxic protein accumulation. Red-colored microRNAs are significantly altered in EOPD patients. Genes full names are in the appendix.
