BIS/BAS scores were entered into a generalized linear regression model to predict reappraisal-related brain activation. Functional ROI time courses (beta values) under each condition in each group were generated by extracting the first eigenvariate of 8 mm around the peak voxels of respective clusters with no scaling, using a Matlab package REX (Response Exploration).
