Effect of Drynaria rhizome extract (DRE) on the expression of COX-2 and p-cPLA₂ genes in RBL-2H3 mast cells. The cells were treated with DRE for 1 h and then treated with DNP-HSA (0.1 μg/mL) for 4 h. (a) PGD₂ levels in the culture medium of IgE-sensitized RBL-2H3 mast cells treated with DRE.
