All analyses were unpaired two-way ANOVAs for age and genotype, comparing soma volume (Age: P = 0.0077**; Genotype: P = 0.5572), total dendritic arbor length (Age: P = 0.0081**; Genotype: P = 0.6043), apical dendritic arbor length (Age: P = 0.0791; Genotype: P = 0.3395), basal dendritic arbor length (Age: P = 0.0094**; Genotype: P = 0.9479), mean basal dendritic tree length (Age: P = 0.0203*; Genotype: P = 0.9492), apical dendritic reach (Age: P = 0.0221*; Genotype: P = 0.1927), basal dendritic reach (Age: P = 0.0024*; Genotype: P = 0.3040), apical branch ramifications (Age: P = 0.0058**; Genotype: P = 0.1049), basal branch ramifications (Age: P = 0.7941; Genotype: P = 0.1781), apical dendritic spine density per 100 μm (Age: P = 0.0002***; Genotype: P = 0.8124), and basal dendritic spine density per 100 μm (Age: P < 0.0001****; Genotype: P = 0.7623).
