Scutellarin impaired the invasion ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 cells were cultured with moderate Scutellarin concentrations (80 μM) of Scutellarin in the upper Transwell chambers. Following 16 h of incubation, Matrigel was coated on the Transwell chambers. After 24 h, the invaded cells were photographed (×200) and quantified by a microplate reader.
