Classical swine fever virus infection regulates cytoplasm Ca²⁺ flux. (A) PK-15 were incubated with DMEM or CSFV for 1 h and then digested and washed three times with HBSS, then loaded with Fluo4-am as described in Section “Materials and Methods,” followed by Ca²⁺ flux testing by flow cytometry.
