(A) Immunofluorescence confocal images of turbot erythrocytes in the absence of treatment (PBS) or after incubation with chloroquine or rapamycin. The cells were immunostained with anti-Nkl and anti-LC3B antibodies (Alexa Fluor 546 goat anti-rabbit IgG and Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse IgG as secondary antibodies, respectively).
