Immunocapture of α-syn by C211-dynabeads. Plasma, R-α-syn (positive control), or PBS (negative control) were incubated with magnetic dynabeads coupled to C211 anti-α-syn antibody (“beads + Ab”). Whole plasma was also incubated with empty “beads” (without any antibody). The immunoprecipitants were run on a 15% SDS-PAGE gel and immunoblotted with FL140 antibody (1:1500).
