FABP5 deficiency enhances endothelial cell survival. a FABP5-KD and control HUVECs were cultured in 5 % FBS-containing medium for 24 h. Cells were harvested, stained with FITC-conjugated annexin V and propidium iodide, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
