IFN-γ responses induced by MTBK_24820 overlapping peptides in M. tuberculosis Beijing/K-infected mice. At 4 and 9 weeks postinfection, splenocytes were stimulated with control medium (RPMI), ConA (1 μg/ml), or 10 μg/ml of the synthetic peptides covering the N terminus of MTBK_24820 for 48 h for measurement of the IFN-γ responses in cell culture supernatants.
