Neuroprotective activity of A. alnifolia, P. indica, and O. obtusata against H₂O₂ induced cell death in SK N SH cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations of 50–400 µg of the AAC, PIC, and OOC for 3 h. After 24 h, cell viability was determined by MTT assay in the presence of 1.0 mM H₂O₂. The values represent the mean SEM of three independent experiments, each one performed in triplicate in different cell batches. Statistics show neurotoxic effects of these extracts versus controls. p < 0.05 versus H₂O₂ treatment.
