Both MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured without or with 0.01, 1 or 100 μM propoxur, and then the effect of propoxur on cell viability was determined by (A) MTT assays. (B) Wound healing migration assay of propoxur-treated and untreated breast cancer cells (magnification, ×100). Distances migrated by propoxur-treated and untreated cells were compared in three independent experiments. (C) Invasiveness of breast cancer cells (treated with or without propoxur) was quantified by Transwell assays.
