XWLC-05 and H157 cells were transfected with miR-NC, miR-370 mimics, miR-370 inhibitor NC or miR-370 inhibitor for 24 h. The relative levels of miR-370 and EGFR mRNA transcripts in different groups of cells were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. In addition, XWLC-05 and H157 cells were co-transfected in triplicate with pmiRG-EGFR-UTRwt, pmiRG-EGFR-UTRmut or pmiRG-miR-370-inhibitor-PC, together with 20 nM miR-370 mimics or miR-NC for 48 h and the luciferase activities of individual cell samples were analyzed.
