Individual BALB/c nude mice were injected intravenously with 1×10⁶ XWLC-05-miR-370 or XWLC-05-miR-NC cells (n=4, per group). Four days later, their body weights were measured. At 24 days post injection, the mice were sacrificed and their lungs were dissected, followed by histological examination.
