Sample size as a function of number of generations since the admixture for CGF (A and B) and HI (C and D) processes of admixture. Sample size is computed for the different parental risk ratios (r = 2, 3, 4, and 5) to achieve 80% power with genome-wide level of significance 0.001 under the multiplicative (A and C) and additive (B and D) mode of inheritance. The computation is done using the function SampleDiscretePRR() with the recombination rate of 0.05 and the admixture proportion 0.80.
