Nifuratel blocked IL-6-induced STAT3 phosphorylation.

Notes: (A) Gastric cancer cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of nifuratel and napabucasin for 24 hours and then stimulated with IL-6 (50 ng/μL) for 30 minutes. Whole-cell extracts were prepared and subjected to Western blot analysis using the indicated antibodies. (B) Gastric cancer cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of nifuratel for 24 hours and then stimulated with interferon-γ (IFN-γ) (50 ng/μL) for 30 minutes.
