Associations between primary sensory/motor and default mode amplitude, motion and behavioural CCA modes of covariation. Within subject amplitudes and motion were estimated by calculating the slope with each run across 4 blocks and averaging the slopes across runs. Below the diagonal the full correlations between measures are shown, and above the diagonal the partial correlations. Six nuisance variables were regressed out of all elements first (height, weight, intracranial volume and the squares of these three).
