(A) Thymic cells from IL-13Rα1-GFP reporter mice were depleted of Lin+ cells and the CD25CD44+c-Kit+GFP+ (HR+ETPs) cells were analysed for STAT6 (pSTAT6) and ERK1/2 (pERK1/2) phosphorylation as well as expression of Egr1 and Id3 transcription factors ex vivo in comparison to CD25CD44+c-Kit+GFP (HR−/PETPs) counterparts. The histograms show a representative experiment and the bar graphs show compiled MFI results from 3 independent experiments. *p<0.05 and **p<0.01 as determined by a paired t-test. (B) HR+ETPs and HR−/PETPs sorted from IL-13Rα1-GFP reporter mice were analysed for Notch1 transcription ex vivo.
