Term or variable Definition
One drink or one standard drink 10 grams of pure alcohol consumption across different alcoholic beverages. Approximately 1 bottle/can/pot (330 ml) of beer or fermented palm juice alcohol with 4–5% ethanol. Show cards were used to illustrate these quantities
One serving of fruits or vegetables 80 grams of fruit & vegetables. Approximately 1 medium size piece of fresh fruit, a glass of fruit juice, 3–5 pieces of small size fruits, half cup of dried fruit, a slice of water melon, a cup of raw vegetables, and half a cup of steamed vegetables. Show cards were used to illustrate these quantities.
