BMDMs demonstrate that genes within Bbaa1 intervals of ISRCL3 and ISRCL4 partially regulate the magnitude of the IFN response to B. burgdorferi. qRT-PCR analysis of transcripts in BMDMs from B6, B6.C3-Bbaa1, ISRCL3, ICRCL4, and C3H mice stimulated with live B. burgdorferi for 6 h (n = 3 to 4 per group). Transcript levels for Ifnb, Gbp2, Cxcl10, Iigp, and Tyki were normalized to β-actin.
