Enzymatic degradation of insecticides increases survival rate in planarians. The toxicity of paraoxon-ethyl, parathion-ethyl, diazinon and fenitrothion before and after degradation by SsoPox was evaluated for concentrations ranging from 10 µM up to 1000 µM.
