(B) The Kaplan–Meier curve shows the estimated overall survival (OS) for all patients (yellow line), patients with a complete remission (CR) or complete remission with incomplete platelet recovery (CRp) (blue line) and patients with partial response (PR) or tr eatment failure (TF) (black line). For all patients, the median OS was 41 weeks. For patients who achieved a CR or CRp, the median OS was 59 weeks. Among those patients with PR or TF, the median OS was 15 weeks.
