Mitochondrial membrane potential is involved in the apoptogenic activity of AD0157. (A) Flow cytometry histograms with the relative fluorescence intensity of human leukemia cells treated or not with AD0157 followed by Rhodamine 123 incubation. AD0157 decreases the Rhodamine 123 uptake in HL60, U937 and KU812 cells due to the mitochondrial membrane potential loss. Percentage of Rhodamine 123-positive cells is indicated in the histograms.
