A) NAb titers (geometric mean titer) measured over a 24 weeks period. Balb/c mice (N=4 to 6) were prime/boost vaccinated in four weeks interval (black arrows) with MVA-PC2A1, MVA-PC2A2, or control vector MVA-PC. At the indicated time points, HCMV specific NAb titer (log10 NT50) in mouse sera were measured against HCMV strain TB40/E on ARPE-19 EC (continuous lines) or on MRC-5 FB (dashed lines). The dotted line indicates the limit of NAb detection. Bars represent 95% confidence intervals B) Statistical analysis of NAb titers.
