Antiproliferative effects of miR-629 on pancreatic cancer cells in vitro. (a) MTT experiment. Cell viability was significantly increased in cells with overexpression of miR-629 compared with control cells in a time-dependent manner. Values represent means±S.D. (*P<0.01). (b) Cell cycle assay.
