Regions are based on geographic locations including: Region A (Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia), Region B (Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas) and Region C (California, Nevada, and Utah).
