Microbial abundance profiles of 39 Indian subjects, showing inter-individual variations of microbial community structure. Genera abundances were calculated and normalized for each sample, followed by rank normalization across samples for each genus. Bi-clustering shows profile-based clustering of samples into 4 groups (G1 to G4) as well as microbial clades (Clusters C1 and C2).
