| History of bariatric surgery |
| Use of prescription weight loss medications in the last 3 months |
| Another household member already participating in the Prepare study |
| Answer “no” to the following eligibility interview question: “Would you like to become pregnant in the next 2 years?” |
| Less than 3 months postpartum |
