Intracellular distribution of PEI 25K/pDNA (A), PF33/pDNA (B) and RRPHC/pDNA (C) nanoparticles in SW 480 cells at 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8 h, respectively. pDNA was labeled with YOYO-1, the endosomes and lysosomes were stained with Lyso-Tracker Red, while the nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342.
