Colony Count assays of CATH-2 and BLES+CATH-2 against three S. aureus isolates and one A. xylosoxidans isolate. The bacteria were suspended in MHB, and then treated with various concentrations of CATH-2 (open circles) or CATH-2 suspended in 10 mg/ml phospholipid of BLES (solid squares). A value of Log CFU/ml of 2 represents the detection limit of the analysis.
