MSC-EVs promotes the conversion from telogen to anagen in C57BL/6 mice. After clipping of hair, MSC-EVs, PBS (negative control), or 3% minoxidil (positive control) was administered to the dorsal skin every 2 days for 28 days, followed by H&E staining; (A) Sections of the dorsal skin. Sections were examined under and imaged under upright digital microscope (Nikon) (scale bar: 100 pixels). Graph represents thickness of dermis of the visible microscopic field (5 fields) with at-least 5 measurements was taken using ZEN lite microscopic software (ZEN lite 2.3- Carl Zeiss, Germany) in all 3 groups, values are represented in pixels. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. **p < 0.01. Student t-test was used. (B) Western blot analysis of the expression of the indicated proteins (50 µg) in dorsal skin of C57BL/6 mice treated with PBS (control), MSC-EV and Minoxidil. Wnt3a, Wnt5a, Versican, and GAPDH were used as internal loading controls.
