Far-UV CD spectra of HvASR1 (A) and TtASR1 (B) in the presence or absence of either 2.5 mM ZnSO₄, or 10% TFE or 10% TFE + 2 mM ZnSO₄ at 20 °C. Proteins were at 0.1 mg/mL in 10 mM sodium phosphate pH 7. Data is shown to the point at which the dyna voltage was in the permissible range.
