Example of a patient with left upper adenocarcinoma. During the operation, residual lymph nodes under the aortic arch were detected. The lymph nodes were fixed, and the lesion was observed to invade the pericardium. Partial pericardiotomy was performed, and intraoperative ¹²⁵I particles implantation was performed via TPS system to obtain a dosage of 120 Gy in the target region.
