Secretory pattern of LH and FSH during infusion of saline (vehicle) or kisspeptin-10 (Kp-10) in two female patients (P1 and P2) with hyperprolactinemia-induced hypogonadotropic amenorrhea. Asterisks and open circles denote LH pulses as identified by the Thomas algorithm while the patients were receiving Kp-10 and vehicle, respectively [24, 25]. See also Table 2. During vehicle administration, serum prolactin levels were between 108 and 111 ng/mL in P1 and between 112 and 129 ng/mL in P2. During Kp-10 infusion, serum prolactin levels were between 103 and 114 ng/mL in P1 and between 116 and 120 ng/mL in P2. Area under the curve values are depicted in the histograms.
